How to Send an Additional Response each time your meeting room is booked (Office 365)
Office 365 has an attribute you can set in Exchange Options (or via PowerShell) to send an additional message each time a room is booked, whether the request is accepted or denied.
Here are a few examples:


Sign in to the Exchange Admin Portal to manage your Resource Mailbox settings
Open a Resource Mailbox (meeting room resource) and click "Manage Settings"

In the text box at the bottom, add the message you would like to be included as an AdditionalResponse in every reply to a booking request
