How to Force Clear Cache in iOS 9+

Some persistent issues are sometimes caused by invalid caching on the tablet, so as part of device troubleshooting you may be asked to clear your iOS device cache manually.

This can be accomplished via Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data (in the settings app).

1. From the Settings app, select Safari on the left

Select Clear

Your browser cache is now cleared. You will notice the clear history option is now disabled.
