Anti-Tariff Protection Policy
We want to address any concerns regarding potential tariffs on digital products. Under CUSMA/USMCA Article 19.3, tariffs are not imposed on digital products transmitted electronically:
"No Party shall impose customs duties, fees, or other charges on or in connection with the importation or exportation of digital products transmitted electronically, between a person of one Party and a person of another Party."

However, if there are any changes to this policy in the future, we are committed to supporting our customers.
If tariffs or reciprocal tariffs are imposed as a result of actions taken by the current US administration, we will provide a discount equal to the amount of the tariff paid, plus an additional discount.
Ongoing customer relationships are more important than any short-term impact from short-sighted policy measures.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let me know.
